We are looking for a finance administrator to join our ambitious Head Office accounts team. You will work directly
with the Financial Director, The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail whilst also delivering a first class
service to both internal and external stakeholders.

While this is a stand alone role working in a team you will be required to build excellent relationships with other
colleagues in branch. You must be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a
diverse range of people and must have a ‘get stuck in attitude’.

Key duties and requirements include:

  • Assist in entering financial data into accounting systems
  • Preparing financial reports & briefings for the general managers, financial director & board
  • Preparing meeting packs
  • Gathering & input of data
  • Producing investor reports
  • Support with month end closure
  • Ensure financial compliance with company policies, accounting best practices & audit recommendations
  • Assist in company secretarial duties, ensuring accurate statutory records
  • Ensure all records are accurate & kept up to date

Essential skills:

  • A collaborative team player, who can also work independently.
  • Accounting and Financial administration experience essential
  • Awareness of financial services & legislations
  • Excellent analytical, communication & organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach to work
  • Attention to detail
  • Prior experience within a multinational company would be beneficial
  • Experience with the following software’s is required: Xero & Microsoft excel

Details

  • Hours of work: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • Starting Salary: From £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
