We are looking for a Head of Asset Management to work as part of the National Senior Management team. The ideal
candidate will place a huge emphasis on customer service and be passionate about delivering a first-class
experience. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with all management aspects of your allocated
property portfolio.
Working in a team you will be required to build excellent relationships with multi stakeholders both internal and
external. You must be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a diverse range of
people and must have a ‘get stuck in attitude’.

Key duties and requirements include:

  • Training and Development of each Asset Management team ensuring all Assets are consistency being managed to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular property inspections alongside Asset Managers.
  • Auditing Asset Management teams ensuring each city is meeting KPIs
  • Reporting weekly and monthly to Senior Management Team.
  • Audit and quality check contractors works
  • Take lead on Organising end of Tenancy check-outs and deposit returns processes ensuring processes are reviewed to build efficiency.
  • Offering investment advice alongside Asset Manager on landlords' current and new portfolios
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team and Financial Director to ensure KPIs on the budgets and P&L are met across the business.
  • Assist with the accounts team to ensure landlord, tenant and contractor ledgers are updated and correct

Essential skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in order to provide a high-quality to service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to report at all levels
  • ARLA Qualified to level 3 minimum
  • Experience & knowledge of the Property & Lettings Industry
  • Experience in dealing with high end stakeholders and educating on investments
  • Experience & knowledge in nationwide property markets
  • Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach to work

Details
● Hours of work: 40 hours per week
● Starting Salary: £35,000-£45,000
● Nationwide travelling to all cities
● Driving licence required and personal car preferred
