We need to ensure that you are in a position to accept the responsibility of a Guarantor. If you’re not happy with any of the information required or the status of the agreement, we do have other options, such as:

• The use of an alternative guarantor
• Guarantid.com – a company that guarantees the tenant in exchange for a fee
• Paying rent upfront – Payment of the years rent in full at the start of the tenancy.
