We offer a large range of high-quality student accommodation for both University and College students. All of our student accommodation is comprised of carefully chosen properties provided by private landlords.

We work in partnership with private Landlords to produce up-market and well-managed accommodation. Our aim is to offer students effortless living and a friendly face in the office to help and support them throughout their tenancies with loc8me.

Being located in an ever-growing city, we are always excited about expanding our portfolio, and building and maintaining our Landlord and Tenant relationships.

Loc8me was created after the successful purchase of RMP Properties in September 2022. This allowed Loc8me to establish a base in the popular University City with a team of friendly, knowledgeable property managers already in place.

A portfolio of 350+ beds all within close proximity to the office allows the team to have an assortment of properties to suit tenants needs with a range of 1 – 9 bedroom properties at their fingertips.

Year on year Leeds sees the expansion of their University and College campuses and with it comes a wealth of students. We hope to grow the portfolio of properties managed in the office in the same way.

Conveniently placed on Headingley Lane which is one of the main routes into Leeds City Centre, we benefit from a constant flow of foot traffic of potential tenants. Our properties are closely managed with a valued relationship with local contractors ensuring good workmanship is completed.
