We offer a large range of high quality student accommodation for both University and College students. All of our student accommodation is comprised of carefully chosen properties provided by private landlords.
We work in partnership with private Landlords to produce up-market and well-managed accommodation. Our aim is to offer students effortless living and a friendly face in the office to help and support them throughout their tenancies with loc8me.

Being located in an ever-growing city, we are always excited about expanding our portfolio, and building and maintaining our Landlord and Tenant relationships.

The historic city of Durham offers fantastic accommodation for students. The city is vibrant and full of culture, with the majority of accommodation being within walking distance of university campuses. Popular areas include Science Site, the Viaduct and Claypath. Gilesgate and Nevilles Cross are equally as popular with all locations unique and offering differing student lifestyle.

Science Site – Alternatively known as the “Golden Triangle”, this area is always popular due to its proximity to the library and City Centre. Streets such as Hallgarth and Whinney Hill offer various size houses and have a range of shops, restaurants and bars situated nearby.

Viaduct- Traditionally this is always popular with second year students and have house sizes ranging from 1 to 12 bedrooms. Hawthorn Terrace and The Avenue are streets to look out for . The Viaduct area is a large community of students and offers popular walks to the City Centre and its nightlife.

Claypath – Offering a range of flats and houses, Claypath is extremely popular for those who miss out of Science Site, with some stunning period houses on offer and excellent bedroom sizes, the area is a short walk from the University and has a range of shops, bakeries and pubs.

Gilesgate- Quieter than the Viaduct, Gilesgate is becoming more and more popular as it offers a fantastic amount of amenities with various national shops and even a Macdonalds.
