We operate a first come first serve basis when signing houses.
Therefore, your house may have already been let for the next academic year before you have even moved in.
If you are thinking about staying on in the same house, contact us to discuss a new contract before it gets snapped up!
Your property will immediately be on the market so please be aware that the property may be let at any point.
We notify you 24 hours in advance of viewings on your house, and we expect to go around in order to do our job!
Houses should be kept tidy and clean in preparation for viewings as you would expect to view a house.
Only in very desperate circumstances will we not attend the viewing, you can notify us via Whatsapp and explain why we cannot go round.
If you continuously refuse viewings we will be unable to let the property and viewings will only continue longer into your tenancy, we may arrange a meeting with yourselves if this becomes an issue.
You do not have to be present whilst we carry out viewings.
Unfortunately, sometimes viewings don’t turn up, or circumstances of the group change, so we apologise in advance if we have booked in a viewing on your house but have not attended.
