loc8me are a specialist HMO/Student accommodation provider across the UK. Established in 2008 but a decade on, we now let and manage over 1,000 properties to over 6,000 students across multiple locations.

Deposits collected are registered and transferred to MyDepostis, a protection service for Tenants, Landlords and Agents. If we are managing the property for you we will handle any disputes on your behalf. If you manage the property then you will be responsible for handling any deposit disputes.

If we manage your property our accounts team will collect the rent on your behalf, if for any reason the Tenant does not pay the rent our accounts team will chase the rent on your behalf. In the rare occasion this remains unsuccessful we can provide legal support options. If you manage the property you will need to collect and chase any outstanding rent.

Instantly. As long as all the paperwork is in (including regulatory requirements) we will get promoting your property on our website, social channels and all other listing platforms we use.

This can vary from year to year as you’re dealing with multiple individuals in one property. There is a combination of regulatory work and reactive maintenance issues that need to be accounted for but we can run through what to expect when we meet.
