We turn 16 Years old!🍊 This week marks a milestone for loc8me as we celebrate 16 years of operation, and what an incredible journey we have had so far.

loc8me started from a bedroom in a student house back in 2008. Through the highs and the lows, Raffaele Russo’s vision to redefine and pioneer the best co-living experiences is integral to the position loc8me is in today. We now operate in 13 cities, manage over 1700+ properties and welcome 6,500+ students to our community every year🏡

We extend heartfelt gratitude to our landlords, dedicated team members, valued tenants, and supportive friends for believing in our vision and contributing to loc8me’s growth.
