What happens if I want to move out earlier than planned?

If you wish to end your tenancy, you will need to serve a formal Notice to Quit, providing at least two tenancy periods’ notice.
Please note that all tenants named on the tenancy agreement must be included in your email. Serving notice will end the tenancy for everyone listed on the tenancy agreement, not just the person submitting the notice.
