For tenancies signed after 1st May 2026, rent payments will be collected on a monthly rolling basis in line with the Renters’ Rights Act.
For any tenancies signed prior to this date, the rent schedule will remain in line the dates set out in your tenancy agreement. If you would like to submit a request to change these dates, please contact our accounts team.
