How it works
When you sign for your loc8me home, we’ll send you a separate loc8me Plus contract for your bills. Sign it and we take care of the rest through our utility partner, Stack Utilities ‐ all your utilities set up and ready for move-in, in one payment split across the house. Prefer to arrange your own? Your rent stands on its own and you can sort your bills yourself.
Fair usage, no nasty surprises
A generous fair-usage allowance applies across the whole house, not per person. We forecast usage and flag it early if you’re nearing the cap, so you’ve time to adjust ‐ you’d only pay more if the whole house went over.
