We founded loc8me on the belief that student lettings should be student-focused, and over the last ten years, we have become a leading light in the industry, growing to over nine cities.
Entering each city, we’ve been overwhelmed by the support of the local community, and over the last decade, we have tried to give back in any way through various charitable efforts; however, we wanted to do more.
So in 2020, we decided to create the loc8me foundation (Don8), a fully registered trust raising money annually for our partner charities alongside other local charities within our community cities.
We established the foundation to give back to communities that have supported us, and we have gone to great lengths to ensure all our money raised is given directly to the specified causes.
Staff members from each branch are involved with the day to day running of the trust, and we encourage friends and families to take part as much as possible.
We distribute our money in two ways, 75% goes to our supported local charities and individuals who meet our criteria, 25% goes to our partnered charity, MIND.
MIND provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.

We hold many events throughout the year from charity Golf days and adrenaline-fueled adventures to cake sales and jumper days plus many fundraising events where loc8me and the team join in. Our staff, friends and family are very dedicated to helping raise money, but we want to expand out into the public where people like YOU can also help!
