Role Purpose
The Accounts Coordinator supports the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant client
accounting activity across loc8me portfolios.
The role exists to:
● Maintain accurate client account records and reconciliations
● Support landlord and contractor payment processes
● Provide a responsive, professional service to internal and external stakeholders
● Ensure branch teams have the financial support and reporting required to deliver
operational performance
This role is delivery-focused and operates within accounting controls and processes set by the
Client Accounts leadership team.
Additional Information
● Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)
● Salary: £29,000–£32,000 DOE
● Location: Office-based, Loughborough

Reports to: Accounts Manager / Client Accounts Manager
Works closely with: Credit Control, Branch teams, Landlords, Tenants, Contractors
