The Role – Accounts Coordinator
As an Accounts Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of accurate, timely and compliant client accounting activity across loc8me portfolios.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our client accounts function running smoothly, supporting payment processes, maintaining accurate records, and helping internal teams, landlords and contractors get the financial information and support they need.
This is a detail-focused role where accuracy, organisation and strong communication really matter. You’ll be working with branch teams, landlords, tenants, contractors and internal finance colleagues to make sure processes are followed and standards stay high.
You’ll be part of a driven team who support each other, push each other, and take ownership of results.

Requirements
●Experience in administration within an accounts or finance environment
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Confidence using Excel and shared systems
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Details & Salary
● £29,000 – £32,000 per annum (DOE)
