The Role – Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice

Through loc8me’s Apprenticeship Academy, we offer an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-growing, people-centric business.

As a Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice, you will work across multiple departments, developing practical skills and building a strong foundation for a long-term career in property and business.

You will become a vital part of the day-to-day operations of a dynamic and progressive business, working within a team to build excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

This role is ideal for someone ambitious, proactive, and ready to kick-start their career in a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

Programme includes:

Regular formative assessment, development of a portfolio demonstrating learning and development activities with their application in the workplace and a work-based project. Learning about your own organisation at work. As part of the qualification, Apprentices must complete all units and be competent in a real work environment, in areas such as:

Key duties and requirements include:

  • Supporting daily administrative operations across various departments
  • Handling enquiries from students, landlords, and contractors in a professional manner
  • Assisting with compliance checks, documentation, and record keeping
  • Maintaining accurate data across internal systems
  • Supporting marketing activity and internal communications
  • Learning the tenancy journey from enquiry to move-in and beyond
  • Providing excellent customer service at every touchpoint
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
  • Managing your apprenticeship coursework and professional development

Essential skills:

  • Has excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Can see tasks through from start to finish
  • Is self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative
  • Can prioritise workload and meet deadlines

  • Is comfortable using Google Workspace

Requirements:

  • Typically, 4 GCSE’s at Grade 4/C or above, including Level 2 or GCSE C/4 or above in English.
  • If an Apprentice has not already achieved Level 2 (GCSE C/4 or above) English & Maths they must: -Study for and achieve Functional Skills Level 2 English.

Details & Salary:

  • Duration – 18 months 
  • Hours of work: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday & occasional Saturdays depending on department 10am till 3pm in which you will claim the hours back at normal rate of pay. 
  • Salary- This role is paid in line with the UK Government National Minimum Wage for apprentices.
  • Location – Based in Loughborough 
  • End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) of choice is City and Guilds (London/ILM)
  • Within the first 15 months additional training is delivered at Loughborough College, one morning (9am-12pm) a week for 12 weeks, dates are subject to enrolment date.
