Loc8me is a fast-growing student lettings company with offices nationwide. Our vision is to provide industry-leading accommodation experiences for both students and landlords. We’re looking for an Asset Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our Asset Management team and support the management of a property portfolio while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key duties and requirements include:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of an allocated property portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Provide guidance to landlords regarding their property investments
  • Manage maintenance requests and process related invoices
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Carry out property inspections and ensure compliance standards are maintained
  • Organise move-ins, inventories, check-outs, and deposit returns
  • Manage utilities throughout the tenancy lifecycle
  • Assist with preparing floor plans and carrying out FRA and Legionella risk assessments
  • Work closely with accounts and internal teams to ensure accurate landlord, tenant, and contractor records

Essential skills:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and see projects through to completion
  • Experience in property or asset management (preferred)
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable

Additional information

Working Hours

9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Plus 15 Saturdays per year (10:00am – 3:00pm)

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Access to a personal vehicle preferred
  • ARLA qualification (preferred)
