The Role – Lettings Consultant

As a Lettings Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, managing the full lettings process before a tenancy begins. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, professional and high energy experience that reflects the loc8me brand.

This is a fast paced, people focused role where no two days look the same. You’ll be building relationships,
negotiating deals, managing enquiries and ensuring every property and every interaction meets our standards.

You’ll be part of a driven team who support each other, push each other, and celebrate success together.

Key duties and requirements include:

  • Building strong, trusted relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
  • Delivering an exceptional end-to-end lettings experience
  • Managing enquiries and maintaining clear, professional communication
  • Advertising properties and proactively working our applicant database
  • Registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers and securing lets
  • Ensuring compliance standards are met and maintained
  • Supporting the Asset Management team during peak changeover
  • Getting involved in marketing campaigns and student events

  • Lettings experience is preferred — but mindset, drive and attitude matter just as much.

Requirements:
● Minimum 1 year property experience
● Full UK driving licence (essential)
● Travel between loc8me cities may be required

Details & Salary
● £28,000 – £30,000
● Commission structure
● Access to a company vehicle (role dependent)
● Working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
● 26 Saturdays per year (10:00am – 3:00pm)
